When you request a snapshot or report, we collect the business and contact details you submit (business name, website, email, category, city, and any optional competitors or services you add), plus basic analytics about how you found the site.

How we use it

We use your details to prepare and deliver your trust report and to follow up about it. We may run automated and manual checks against your public-facing domain, website, and DNS records. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties except the tools we use to deliver the report (e.g. email and form providers).

Nature of the service

Reports are a public-facing trust and configuration review, not a penetration test, a security guarantee, or a compliance certification. For AI/chat search visibility, results change frequently and we cannot guarantee placement or recommendations.
